Kelowna General Hospital

All monies raised after expenses are designated to purchase equipment for the ongoing enhancement of patient and care and comfort at Kelowna General Hospital.

The KGH Auxiliary is the largest of it’s kind in B.C., owning and operating 3 business in the Lobby of KGH with total co-operation of Interior Health and the KGH Foundation, all the staff and doctor’s at KGH and the patients and their visitors.

It takes approximately 747 volunteer hours to maintain the operation of these businesses.  In the past 18 months, the KGH Auxiliary and their volunteers have managed to give back a little over 1,000,000.00 to help purchase equipment.  This is an amazing feat and the more volunteers we can get the better we are at accomplishing our goals.

Dandy Diva supports KGH Auxiliary by providing the gift shop with locally made artisan jewellery  and donating hours to display and merchandising every month. Dandy Diva also showcases all products monthly at KGH to provide 15% of all sales to the foundation, check showcase and events for next event.
